Meet Our Team

Tom is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience spanning the technology, finance, service, and manufacturing industries.

Prior to founding Procursys, Mr. Angelone was the COO at Case Snow Management, one of the largest and industry-leading snow and ice management companies in North America. Tom was accountable for most aspects of the business including  Operations, Technology, Infrastructure, Strategy, HR, Fleet & Logistics, and Sales Support. Tom has also held executive positions at several Fidelity Investments companies as well as senior management consultant positions for PriceWaterhouse Coopers, IBM Business Consulting, and Xerox Corporation.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Brad brings over 20 years of executive experience in early-stage companies to large multi-national firms in technology, manufacturing, real estate and finance.  He has been involved in over $250 million in buy-side and sell-side acquisitions and ~$1B highly leveraged structured debt transactions. 

Before founding Procursys, Brad founded and is the Managing Partner of Vantage Capital Partners where he oversees all investments and portfolio company activities.  He has also served as acting CFO of BI2 Technologies, LLC, Director at Hastings Equity Partners, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP, and VP of Finance at LMR Holdings.  He began his career in Structured Finance at JP Morgan Chase.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Igor brings more than 20 years of experience as a CTO, founder, and software architect who believes in smart and transparent teams and open communication.

A serial entrepreneur, Igor most recently scaled Erecruit from a team of 3 to over 120, through several rounds of investments and to a successful sale for $62.8M. He is also active in the Boston startup scene as a founder, advisor, pitch competition judge and angel investor. A confident full stack enterprise architect in several technology ecosystems, he is a trusted leader and mentor of professional services and R&D teams in multiple time zones and industries.

Igor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Northeastern University.

Rob has spent the majority of his career in the commercial facility management industry building and leading procurement organizations and business development.

Prior to joining Procursys, Rob was founder and CEO of RemsPro, a full-service provider of procurement services for the commercial facility maintenance industry. Rob is a well-known industry player who has strong relationships with tens of thousands of service professionals nationwide. Rob has successfully sourced and managed Snow & Ice, Landscaping, Asphalt, Concrete, Parking Lot Maintenance, Sweeping, Line Striping, and Irrigation services.

Formerly with Brickman Facility Solutions and Case Snow Management, Rob oversees the Procursys Service Provider Network and select facility manager relationships.
